Mens Clothing: Jacket Fashions & Styles

Jackets are an essential part of Mens clothing. They keep you warm and can be a perfect addition to any stylish outfit. Jackets are offered in a range of different styles and designs. Below are some of the popular styles designed for casual wear. After reading this you will understand what type of mens clothing should be worn with each jacket. This kind of mens clothing is meant for autumn and winter seasons when the temperature dips down. By learning about the different jackets available you can decide which fits your style and liking.

A lot of the styles which are found in Mens clothing today, originally came from clothing made for soldiers, pilots and sailors in World War I and II. The bomber jacket is a great example of mens clothing originating from that era.  A bomber jacket is made from leather and designed to keep the body warm.  This type of mens clothing is fitted and has an elastic waistline and cuffs to prevent cold air from coming in and warm air from escaping. This is the kind of mens clothing you will want to have in your wardrobe for autumn and early winter. Some bomber jackets are offered with fur lining to provide extra insulation and protection from the cold. It is essential that you choose a bomber jacket that fits right and is not too baggy or bunched up.

A pea coat is another popular style of mens clothing worn during colder seasons. Pea coats are made of wool and have large buttons made from wood or metal. Pea coats usually are thigh length and are available in colours such as navy blue, black, olive green and brown. Pea coats are not exclusively mens clothing and are also worn by women.  This kind of mens clothing suits all body types as long as it is worn at the right length.

A blazer is a must have if you are looking for a complete Mens clothing wardrobe. It looks great with jeans and corduroy pants. If you are planning to wear a blazer for a date, you should pair a black blazer with a white v-neck tshirt and jeans. This combination of mens clothing will really make a man look well defined and smart.  When wearing a blazer you should always wear mens clothing that is contrasting in colour.  Tan and white, black and white, navy blue and tan are just some of the colour combinations to consider while wearing this type of mens clothing. Many times the blazer is confused with the sports jacket. A sports jacket is a completely different type of mens clothing. Tweed is a common fabric used for making sports jackets. Now that you have gained an idea of the different jackets available, you can start shopping for the right kind of mens clothing to fill your wardrobe. Color, fit, length and style are the main keys to finding a proper jacket. Browsing through a number of stores will give you an idea of what mens clothing is currently in style and the kind of look that will be suitable for you.

At Home Screen Printing | Beginners Information on Silk Screen Printing

Screen printing today has become an inexpensive alternative to other printing methods. It has evolved as a very lucrative work at home business opportunity for those looking to earn extra income. The screen printing technique can be mastered very easily and implemented in no time with the right equipment and supplies purchased inexpensively.

Silk screen printing is a simple technique of printing on t-shirts, paper and other surfaces where the design is transferred on to a frame that has a screen mesh stretched firmly over it. The ink is then pressed through the screen using a squeegee.

History
The concept of screen printing was originally invented in China and was first used in mid 1800′s for an industrial printing process. The printing was used for political posters, machinery parts and included fabric printing as well. This printing method was later adopted by other Asian countries like Japan who developed it further.

Advantages
The advantages of silk screen printing are several.  This technique can be used to print on fabric, plastic, metal, paper, rubber and any other surface that has a smooth texture. One can use different ink formulation as this technique involves direct printing on the surface resulting in bright, long lasting and high quality finished prints. It also requires minimal investment in equipment which makes it an affordable option not only for individuals but also businesses.

Commonly Printed Items
One of the most common items used for printing are t-shirts that are in huge demand as a promotional product. This printing technique can not only be very affordable but also helps you to print lot of sizes in huge quantities using your creativity in prints. Other commonly used items for silk screening involve bumper stickers, wallpapers, mouse pads, etc.

Silk Screening Inks
The most commonly used silk screening ink is plastisol often used on garments. However, the other types of inks used are water based inks, discharge inks, glitter or shimmer inks, expanding inks, glossy inks, suede or caviar beads. The water based inks are smoother and seep in to the fabric totally. Discharge inks are more appropriate inks for printing on dark backgrounds as they remove the dye from the cloth rather than dyeing it. Expanding inks are used to create a 3D effect by expanding the prints on the fabric.

Some Misconceptions
There are few misconceptions of silk screening being a “cottage industry” business, however, the amount of revenues that one can generate from it using it the right way can bring in huge amounts of revenue. There are many who have taken on this business as a hobby, part time work and even dedicating full time to it and earning a fortune which no longer makes it a pure cottage industry business venture.

So if you are looking out for a new business opportunity that is not only affordable but also fun and unleashes your creativity, then it is time you get home your biggest little printer and get started.

Silk Screen Now provides you with squeegees, plastisol ink, flash dryers, screen printing equipment, tshirt printing, silk screen equipment, screen printing supplies, at home screen printing, etc so that you can start your own home business.

Animal Print Bikini – Why You Need One This Summer

The most popular animal print bikini by far is the zebra print.  Elegant in black and white this style keeps you looking classy while being just a bit daring.

Leopard prints are a bit racier and have been seen on many celebrities this season including reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian, singer Miriah Carey and actress Hayden Panetierre.

Cheetah print and giraffe print swimsuits are more rare and will make you stand out from the crowd. While the tiger print Michael Kors is a great option for those who have extra cash to splash.

Of course you don’t have to stick to the traditional colors when searching for the perfect bikini, many designers have mixed it up and embellished on the animal theme by offering swimsuits in neon pink and purple’s or even rhinestones, crystals and chains for that extra bit of bling.

Bikini’s featuring animal prints come in many shapes and sizes.  While a tiny triangle bikini might look good on you if you’re a supermodel, there are cuts out there perfect for you.  Those with a small but should try the bandeau tops or a design that offers padding.  If you have large breasts keep an eye out for a top that offers support in the form of underwire and structure.  If you have bigger hips try a bikini that has tie sides allowing you to adjust the size of the bottom to suit yourself.

If you are loving the animal print trend but not quite feeling confident enough to sport a bikini why not try and animal print monokini.  This cut out one piece will keep you looking sexy while covering just a bit more than your regular itsy bitsy bikini.

A current hot trend is to add a large oversized tshirt with an animal motif over your swimsuit as seen recently on Nikki Hilton, Halle Berry and Cristina Aguleria

Whether you want to embrace your tribal, jungle side or just add a bit of spice to your summer wardrobe the animal print bikini is the perfect way to get in fashion this season.

Funny Diy Tshirts

For the past several years, wearing vintage or designer tshirts has become a trendy fashion trend for males and females alike. While a lot of these tees are comical or have cool artwork they sometimes can be a little costly. In this economy, minor things like this matter but there is always another choice for those watching their pennies.

In the do it yourself, or DIY world making a comical t shirt in the comfort of home is easier than ever. Art and craft stores sell not only iron on transfers but markers and paint made for fabric. These items are basic to use, fairly inexpensive and have lasting results beyond two or three machine washes. In some metropolitan areas, there are minor, family run stores that carry only blank t shirts. They come in different colors, fabrics and sizes (some up to 5X). There is regularly a price break for buying a certain volume that will amount to about two dollars per t shirt.   Or, if a person likes to put their witty side on hard drive only, there are different homepages who must do the work for them. All they have to do is upload a file containing the image or text desired and place an order for as many as they like.

Few of these places offer t shirt color choices other than white and black; sometimes the available sizes only go to extra large, or 1X.  The main point to creating your own comical tshirt is that a person will add their type of humor whether it be satire, obscene, dark or somewhere in between. They would also be used as a marketing tool for business.

How to Create an Effective Keyword List

Part 2

Wordtracker is the most popular and effective SEO tool used by search engine marketers. WordTracker allows you to do a comprehensive search for related keywords, provides the number of searches for your keywords, then compares their popularity in the search engines with how competitive they are. Ideally you want to use keywords that receive a high number of searches but don’t have many competing web sites for the same keyword.

Using the free trial at WordTracker my comprehensive search for Spanish Shirts generates this list:

1. spanish shirts

2. spanish clubs

3. football shirts

4. overseas clubs

5. ebay

6. online shopping

7. online auction

8. apparel

9. spanish

10. t-shirts

11. sports memorabilia

12. ebay.co.uk

13. Spanish

14. real madrid

15. tshirt

The enhanced version would display 285 keywords here. If I click on Spanish Shirts I get a table showing keywords taken from all Dogpile & Metacrawler queries over the last 90 days.

Count = 4 This shows the number of times a particular keyword has appeared in the database.

E.g. The database currently holds 327967786 words. A count of 4 tells you that this particular word has appeared 4 times (this is over 90 days). The keywords are taken from major metacrawlers (a service that queries all the main search engines simultaneously).

Predict = 7 This is the maximum total predicted traffic for all of the major search engines/pay per bids and directories today.

Since Spanish Shirts generates a small number of searches, I will search on a broader term ie Spanish or T-Shirts

Spanish

spanish 3407 6009

spanish dictionary 3183 5614

spanish translator 2295 4048

english to spanish translation 778 1372

spanish to english translation 747 1317

english to spanish dictionary 745 1314

The first number beside each keyword is the count, the second is the predicted number. The list above generates higher numbers than Spansih Shirts because of their popularity. This is useful because it gives you another angle to attract traffic to your web site. For example you could create a page on how to learn spanish by integrating the keywords “learn spanish” in your article. The traffic this page receives may help sell more Spanish Shirts because the visitors will

visit the rest of the site.

5 Secrets To Hit The Billboard Charts

Believe it or not, there have been many unsigned artists hitting the Billboard Charts (www.billboard.com). There are many ways for unsigned artists to sell their music online and even in retail stores. But is that all it takes to get you on the charts? No.

Here are the 5 Secrets To Hit The Billboard Charts:

1. Get a UPC code – Most CD duplication companies offer to put UPC codes on your CDs (some for free but most for a fee). It is worth the $30. You should not pay more than $30 for a UPC code. If a company charges you more than that, go to UPCexpress.com and get one for $29. You can give the CD duplication company your UPC code to print on your CDs. Whatever path, make sure you register one and get it on your CDs.

2. Register for SoundScan – How does Billboard create the top album charts? Because of Nielson SoundScan. Every time you buy a CD at a store or online, a computer system counts that CD purchase. At the end of every week, the top album sellers are released on Billboard. And if your CD does not have a UPC code, you don’t qualify for Nielson SoundScan. But even having a UPC code doesn’t automatically qualify you. You must register your CD on the SoundScan site. Once you register, your online CD sales and retail sales will be counted on the weekly charts (not all stores/online companies report to SoundScan but most credible companies do that sell music).

3. Set Up A Pre-order – What is a pre-order? It’s a period of time (up to 8 weeks) where fans can buy your CD before it comes out. They receive the CD the week of your CD release. But all the sales up to the release of your CD counts towards your 1st week sales. For example, if you sell 300 CDs in a 6-week pre-order period and sell 200 the week the CD comes out, your first week sales will be 500 which would be good enough to hit the Billboard HeatSeeker Chart (usually 450 albums will qualify for the Top 150 on this chart).

***Make sure you set your pre-order up with a company who reports their CD sales to SoundScan. This is crucial. Simply email/call the company and ask.***

4. Bundles – Because of the downloading trend, a lot of people get their music for free online. Labels and bands are starting to “bundle” up their CDs with merchandise. Bundle up your pre-order CD with a Tshirt (CD/Tshirt for $15 etc.) and offer the CD seperately. Give your fans choices. But don’t only keep the bundle up during the pre-order. Keep the bundles up permanently! You can bundle up your CD with posters, autograph booklets, stickers, Tshirts and hundreds of other iteams. This will definitely increase your sales.

5. Promote – I can’t say this enough. You have to promote your music and don’t stop. Read my post on 28 Essential Music Sites To Promote Your Music. MySpace gives you 500 comments a day. Make sure you max those out daily. If you believe in your band and music, you should not have a problem telling everyone about it.

Also, try to get website coverage or front page coverage on sites like Purevolume.com during the week of your release. This extra exposure will definitely increase your sales.

Earn Extra Income While Restoring Classic Cars

Is one of your hobbies rebuilding and restoring classic cars?  There are many of us that love to do this.   Taking an older car, tearing it down, cleaning it up, fixing rust and then rebuilding it from the ground up.  This is a hobby a lot of us have.  We spend a lot of money in the process.  Sometimes that is the reason we may not go as elaborate as we may like to.   You can always make your money back plus some if you sell the car but part of the reason a lot of us restore cars is to keep them.   Is there a way to recoup some of that money while your building your dream car?

At our website, Fotometry.com, we are all about creating extra income from your hobbies.  Restoring classic cars is one hobby that a lot of people have and just seem to sink a ton of money into.  It would be nice to get some extra benefit in the form of extra income along with the feeling of restoring a car from junk to punk

Well, one way I’ll touch on here is the way that a lot of us monetize things.   We blog about it.  Now before you say “I can’t make one of them there websites”, give me a minute.   There of tons of folks out there who would love to see what other people are doing when they restore their cars.  It can give them ideas about restoring their own.   They can also see what you had to go through to restore that classic car back to showroom condition.

You can create a blog at no cost to you at wordpress.com or blogger.com (my preference).  So all of this so far has cost you nothing except for your car.  It’s very easy to create a blog and keep it updated.

When you start into tearing apart your car, takes photos of every steps of the process.   Everyday, hop onto your blog and write down what you did that day to the car.   Include any photos you have taken.  You may find that people will follow your daily updates.  As you tear appart and start the rebuild, document your whole process.   If you’re taking the engine apart, tell the blog.   You don’t have to be as detailed as telling every bolt you turned.  Just let people know what went well, what didn’t and how it turned out so far.

Now that you’re blogging daily about your restoration, where’s the extra income?  Well your not going to make a fortune off of this but there is a few things you can do.   The first thing is google adsense.   If you don’t know what that is, google will pay you to host advertisements on your site or blog and if someone clicks on one of them, you make some money.  The amount per click varies from a couple of cents to dollars but the more people that read your blog and click on ads, the more you make.

To add adsense to your blog, blogger is about the easiest and just takes a few clicks and it’s done if you have an adsense account already.  If not, it takes a few minutes to set one up.    Once your blog gets popular and you have lots of reader, you could make a bit of money off of it.

Another way to make some extra money if you restore a lot of cars is take photos of each one and make a calendar on cafepress.  It won’t cost you anything and you get money everytime one is sold.

You can also put your restored car on tshirts, mousepads, clocks and a lot more.  You can then lso take all of that infomation and photos you blogged and put them into a book for no cost at Cafepress and sell your “how to restore a 68 Cacaro”.   You make the profit, Cafepress does the selling.

You may want to promote those items for even more sales and I’ll get into that in future Articles.

Happy restoring.
